Hello Everyone,

Iam new here at VJ and I need some advice, I am usc and my fiance is cuban Iam in the middle of gathering all info just waiting for dhl to deliver G-325A forms to him for signature and return back to me . I spoke to an immigration advocey office and they chg $750 to fill out all forms and handle case from start to finish but some of the things that are posted in VJ that you guys sent are different from what there telling me for instance according to them only send G-325A for me and him 4 pgs for each signed, 2-4 pictures, proof of calls ? how many, proof of citzenship cert for me, divorce papers for both, proof of recent trip to see him, letter how we meant and that's it. I am very able to do this myself just nervous want everything to go right. Don't know what to do ? help

also the letter describing how we meant do I have to go into very much detail beause I meant him during a trip to cuba last year traveling purposes were for religious/humanitarian purposes only but it happened and I don't know what to say or how to begin.

Thanks

First, I think ANYBODY (sans attorneys) has the ability to properly fill out and send in the required proof of a relationship. Everything you need is HERE in VJ. You sound like me when I first began my "journey" many months ago............a feeling of being overwhelmed with the required information, forms, pictures etc etc etc.......

yes, you will need 325A's for both, all 4 pages signed/dated. I think 6-8 pictures TOGETHER is better than just 2. Proof of having a continuing relationship would include call records if you have them, even old calling cards. If you don't have them don't worry you can have other evidence like letters, packages (save receipts and wrapping), remittance receipts etc. Your proof of citizenship can be a US birth certificate or photocopy ALL pages of your US passport. Keep all boarding passes/tickets. Of course you will need a 129F. Your letter explaining how you met does not need to be exceedingly long. Just simply state when/where you met, what you did (sight see together?) maybe where you ate etc. Say when you fell in love. Mine is about 1 page long 1 1/2 spacing. take a deep breath and you can do this. Just sit and begin here with VJ.

Start at the link below and GOOD LUCK TO YOU BOTH!!!!!
