From my wife's recent CR-1 interview. She had taken about 350 photos out of the 1300 that were taken at the wedding to the interview. The interviewer went through all 350 of them.

My advice, print out the pictures and consider it as an investment in getting your spouse to the US.

1300 photos... :o Wow, I want to see all of them too... ;) Just kidding.

I agree with all.. Initially, my husband was planning to take couple from engagement, couple from wedding and couple from honeymoon. Our wedding album is ~ 8lbs. So, I had a small album about 40 pics in total just for immigration. But after reading all the posts, I just sent him ~100 pics more of wedding showing all the ceremonies, people, etc. Better be safe than sorry...

I dont have wedding photos, just honeymoon and 3 vacation together photos. But we were married via proxy twice.

Im not worried cause a K3 couple married via double proxy, and they were approved. Plus we have almost 3 years together, and lots to back that up. Lots and lots, so Im not discouraged. We will marry again and take lots of photos for our memory album.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

My mini photo albums... look for something like this.. it holds 40 wallet size photos (3.5x2.5inches). Here the album cost USD1 and the photo print is USD 0.05/page. This is what I'm taking with me on my interview.

Very nice TNgirl. Super!!!!!!

Thank you!! the OP said cheapo... and these are real cheapo! hehe.. I have the same thoughts as her. Didn't want to print all photos here, my hubby has this really good printer and photo paper. We were planning on assembling a photo album when I get there. PLUS, we didn't really want to carry all the big photo albums on my POE day. so when I saw these I immidiately thought that it was going to be a good solution to the whole photo evidence that is required in the USCIS. Total Cost of two Albums : USD 6... that include two albums and 80 mini photos.

I'm sure you'll find these in craft stores somewhere. Good luck!

Its a great solution Hon!!!!!!!!!!!! TNgirl, they are great!!!! But you know cheap or not as OP said, they are still Priceless to us. They are pics of our happiness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean cheap solution to the problem of not wanting to print them in the Beneficiary's country.

I didn't mean they don't have any worth. I have plans of getting my pics printed and held in a nice big album when i get to the US.

Just not planning on carrying the big big wedding album in US Embassy or at the plane.

Yep, pics are good... but the real priceless thing about the whole marriage is the bond and love that a couple share.

We created picture books from IPhoto. You assemble the album on your computer, send it to Apple, and they print it out in a book with the theme of your choice. They come out really nice. We took them to our interview and our IO seemed really impressed. He said we were obviously a happily married couple. ;)

Hubby tells me there is also a free program you can download called Windows Gallery that does the same thing.

Photos will definitely help you! :D We were glad we had so many.
