how long has it been already since you sent a response to your RFE? Processing time for an RFE can take up to 60 days, but usually faster. If you look at my timeline, you`ll see i`m in the same position. yesterday we received an email from CRIS saying that they received the evidence and resumed our case.

Are you registered with USCIS website?

Sometime in 11/2006 --- Met online

09/26/2008 --- Got married

04/03/2009 --- AOS package sent

07/13/2009 --- Interview in Detroit,MI. Approved!!!

07/25/2009 --- GC received! Total: 3 months 12 days from NOA1 to GC mailboxhappy.gif

05/17/2011 --- ROC package sent

05/25/2011 --- NOA1 received

06/27/2011 --- Biometrics

10/17/2011 --- Approved! confetti.gif

10/21/2011 --- Received Permanent GC

From what I can figure out from your post.

You received a RFE for the 864. You had 87 days to reply.

You sent them the required paperwork for the RFE (within the 87 days?)

and you haven't heard back from them.

When did you get the RFE (date), when did you send back the RFE (Date).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

thanks for the quick reply ,i recieved RFE on march 28 and i sent it back on 10th of april.

Ah - so you are still in the window. If it gets to 60 days, I would shake some info lose.
