finally! i've got the I-129F package in the mail!

This is what I included:

- Payment in the amount of $455.00

- Form I-129F

- I-129F Supplement to Question 18, Part B

- Original letter certifying intent to marry from petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- Original letter certifying intent to marry from beneficiary, Alejandro Ledezma-Aguayo

- Proof of having met within the past two years (6 pages + 7 photographs)

- G-325A Biographic Information from petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- 1 passport style photograph of Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- G-325A Biographic Information from benificiary, Alejandro Ledezma-Aguayo

- 1 passport style photograph of Alejandro Ledezma-Aguayo

- Copy of the partial birth certificate of the petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- Copy of the drivers license and social security card of the petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- Copy of all pages of the U.S. passport of petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson

- Proof of an on-going relationship between petitioner, Brianna Jonelle Simpson and beneficiary,

Congrats - but...

FC-029 is obsolete - why did you include that? It won't affect your petition though.

For your proof of meeting in 2 years - what did you use?

You didn't need the drivers license or SSN card either, since you provided your passport.

Were you following a guide (not on this site)?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Good for you. Now within a couple weeks you should be getting you NOA1.

i know the fc-029 is optional...i just sent it to reiterate. my dl and ss cards are because my photos weren't the best quality but i did what i could do.... i did follow the guide from visa journey but i figured it couldn't hurt to throw in a few extras. for my proof of meeting i used photos (labeled with names, dates and locations), boarding passes, airline ticket stubs, and a few reciepts.

lol...yep, that's what i figured too. i'm kind of poor at the moment so the difference between the two makes it a big deal for me :)
