No, you don't. What I was trying to say with my post is that you don't NEED to make a list of trips, but the immigration officer at the interview may find it helpful and it may make the interview process a little easier. I even put a note on mine saying there were definitely other trips I've taken that I cannot recall, there was no problem with that. If you can't do it, or don't want to do it, then don't! If I had to do any kind of extra research, like looking into bank statements or things like that, I sure wouldn't have done it either
