Only the US citizen or a co-sponsor if needed. The foreign beneficiary does not and thier job situation or income situation is irrelevent to the process.

According to your timeline, the first thing she needs to "send you" is herself. You will need to meet in person one time (minimum) in order to file the petition, the meeting must be prior to the submission and must be documented.

There will be nothing she needs to send you until the interview. Read the guides and forums

Although, I've heard it *might* be acceptable if you sign her name with her permission (?) ... not sure of that

oh, sorry, I mis-read your post... she is USC, so she should send u copies of the entire 129F packet... She will need the signed docs above from you to make the packet

The petitioner can sign the beneficiary's name on the G-325A, as long as the beneficiary is abroad - Sandra/Ahmed found this on the USCIS site:

Previously it was standard practice to issue an RFE when the beneficiary failed to sign the G-325A and/or failed to submit photographs. From the date of this memorandum, an RFE should not be issued in instances where the beneficiary failed to sign the G-325A and/or failed to include photographs provided that the beneficiary is residing abroad. The beneficiary will be required to sign the Form G-325A and/or submit photographs at the time of visa issuance abroad. It is also not necessary to RFE for the petitioner’s signature on the G-325A, if the petitioner failed to sign it. The signature of the petitioner on the Form I-129F should be deemed sufficient for purposes of adjudicating the petition. Finally, it is important to note that the petitioner’s photograph is still required for the adjudication of the I-129F, so if it is missing, it must be requested prior to adjudication.

Not sure - I am trying to dig through USCIS for more guidance on this- but their site is not very friendly.

I am also looking to see if they passed that guidance that will allow people that divorce before the I-751 interview, can keep the same paperwork in place and not have to go through the song and dance of cancelling the first one, filing a new one with waiver...
