I directly blame Comcast. I wanted to switch from satellite back to cable, and those yahoos can't even figure it out. I already have a drop. All they have to do is remove the trap from the pole, and assign me an account. After two days of trying to make that happen, I gave up. I can't even get them to have a local rep contact me. I don't know where their call center is, but English is their first language, and I don't think they can find their way home at night without leaving a trail of hominy.

Don't get me started on these clowns. They are a joke in the DC area. What do you expect though, they pay peanuts so they hire monkeys.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Australia just announced a $30.6 billion dollar project to build a national federally owned Fiber-to-the-home network.

Here I am stuck with monopolies. Currently Comcast.

Monopoly is killing us, Big Business is Killing us, Lobbyist is Killing us, all in the name of FOR PROFIT, even with the infrastructure spending OBAMA finally put on the stimulus, it's a drop in the bucket compare to what needs to be done

I just came back from YOKAICHI, JAPAN which is a remote city, my ATM card wouldn't work, there's nothing written in English, everything there was in Japanese, but at the hotel I was staying the internet speed was BLAZZZZZZZZING pulling 5MBS from my room. It's much faster than the T1 I have here at the office.

In Another Hotel in Nagoya I pull about 7 MBPS, then i was in Kawasaky ToKyo In my buddy house, I was getting 8MBPS.

When taking the train, you can have the card in your wallet, all you have to do is touch your wallet to the turnstile and your money is deducted from your card.

At the supermarket, you just touch the screen with your card and thats' it, I am not sure if your picture comes up at the register, but it was really quick.

I took the Bullet train Shenkenzen train from NAGOYA to SHINIGAWA TOKYO, it was superfast, Here in the California, we can't even bring the local Caltrain to San Jose to make the full loop of the bay area, right now you have to go to Fremont california to catch it.

Several proposal had came foward to bring a fast Bullet TRAIN to California, But guess what THE AIRLINES are the major LOBBYIST against the project, they fear it will take out from their revenue, not looking at the big Picture as to what's good for California, it's not about what's good for the California, What's Good AMERICA it's all about what's good for BIG CORPORATION POCKET and they Have the BIG MONEY TO LOBBY those politician in WASHINGTON BOTH SIDE DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICAN.
