Preparing AOS package

Hey guys,am new here and so glad to have found this site.We were married April 24 ,and my 1-94 expires april 30th.Am mnot worried about it but a few things are on my mind,hgope you guys help me.What documents should i prepare?I am not working,hubby pays the bills and all,i read somewhere here that they need documents such as joint bank statements,morgage payments to prove that we are trully marriedIs this true?If yes,how can i prove that our marriage is legitimate?

Its me again,sorry i didnt make it very clear that i am here on a K1,we met while i was working in Canada,he visited 12 times during our two year courtship.We had enough evidence to show that our reletionship was really romantic in nature and during my interview in Vancouver,they only asked me one question and our conversation had nothing to do with the interview.

We are still waiting for our marriage certificate .Please tell me what documents to gather for the AOS package.

If I94 is expired I am not sure. I apply for SSN after two-three weeks upon arrival then we got married and try to change my last name to married name they told me to go to DHS and let them extend my I94 so they can change my last name. Of course my hubby is busy so we decided not to go there cause the lady assist us said we're fine. Good thing is I have my SSN and can go back anytime we want. I change it when I had EAD or the green card. You can apply AOS without SSN.
