Address Change Advice Needed

My husband and I have been temporarily living with his parents. We have found a nice apartment and will be moving this weekend. My question is: SHould I bother changing the address with USCIS?? I dont have to worry about mail from USCIS getting lost because it is going to his parents place. But I am still worried that USCIS will make a big deal if I show them our lease with a different address during our interview. What should I do? Also, if I do decide to change my address, should I make an infopass appointment or can I just mail in a form or something?

By law, you are required to update your address with USCIS, within 10 days of moving.

You can do it online now.

I-865 is used for the sponsor - as needed.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
