hello eveyone:-)

Actually my fiance' did not file the petition yet since i had clerical error of my last name on my birth certificate, but it is ok now and soon he will send the petition.

My situation is...i already had my medical exam done Apr2006 and the result was good. I got an endorsement letter from the US Military asking me to have medical exam and the subject of the letter was Pre-Marital Exam . Now my question is...you think i will be asked by the embassy to have another medical exam?

Yes as the medical has to be done by an approved doctor.

Yes as the medical has to be done by an approved doctor.

And (at least at the Moscow embassy) no more than 6 months prior to entering the US. I don't think you will make it here before October if the paper work has not yet been submitted.

Also...when he does the paperwok for the I-129F, remind him to make sure he is using the latest version of the form, that already includes the questions regarding IMBRA.
