AOS and VISA application form and Fees

Hello fellow Vj members,

We got the NOA1 for the I-130 petition for my kids in the Philippines.I just wanna make sure if i understand it right. My questions are;

1- Do i have to wait for NVC to send me the AOS and Visa application form or i should just go ahead and print these forms from there website and get it done while waiting for my NOA2?

2- What is this visa application form,,is this the DS-230 form?

I would like to do this if i can while waiting for my NOA2 as what fellow vj member suggested to me.

another question is ;

3- do i have to pay the $400 each (800)for my 2 kids to the NVC aside from the visa app fee (USEM), medical (St. Lukes) , AOS and the $355.00 we paid for the processing fee?

PLsss.. help. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thank you so much.

4) the $400 fee is the visa application fee (just paid to NVC instead of the USEM)... there will be no added visa fee come time at USEM

So i only have to pay the $400 to NVC and no more visa fee to pay at the USEM that i heared was $185 + the medical exam fee.,am i right/.

fee for medical (paid to the provider) and courier for the visa delivery, will need to be paid
