March 2009 Filers

I have looked for a thread for March 2009 ROC filers but cannot find one.

I filed at VSC and was last touched April 16th.

How are you other March filers faring?

hey can u please explan to me what NOA exactly means? and also when u write that u been touch?

NOA is a Notice of Action. If you get this it means that they are working on your case and are either 1. approving, 2. sending to local office etc. we say we are touched when there is a change in your online status. This is when there is a LUD (or Last UpDated)If you log onto your caaount you will see the lud and that is the last time they either added your biometrics information.

Please correct me if I am wrong VJers

CSC is so fast. Someone that filed in April just got approved. Meanwhile Day 84 still waiting no touches or updates

They have updated the VSC time. It non says 6 months for I751. I hope thats a good thing

I submitted our I-751 in late March, and just got RFE yesterday. Sigh...struggling to find more evidence than I already sent...

Actually getting an RFE is a good thing. It means they are actually working on your case and its not sitting somewhere collecting dust. I wish I could get one.

I do hope VSC finishes Jan-Feb 2009 and 2008 remaining cases swiftly and accurately. Lets wait and see. CSC is definitley Case Speedy Center.

OK March Filers! Looks like VSC is moving right along with February. I am hoping we start to hear something this month
