is 1-134 Form should be notarized?

Hi guys,

my fiancee is now woking on his supporting documents for my visa interview. I would like to ask if he needs to notarize the 1-134Form?

my frend told me that we need to do this notarizatin or else this will cause of a delay.

what else do we need to prepare?

what documents should be submitted original?

what are the documents could send thru email?

your help is so much appreciated. Thanks

If you use the form that USCIS released back in Oct 2008 you no longer need to have it notarized. I did not have mine notarized when Trisha did her interview. No documents have to be originals for the I-134.
