It's undoubtedly spam aimed very specifically at Russians and/or Russian speakers. I dumped it into Google translate just to see what would happen, and almost all of it is gibberish, which is probably why people think it's dialect or non-Russian. But even words I know are Russian weren't being translated, so then I dumped it into a hex editor. And I discovered that they're replacing some of the Russian letters with Western letters. They're using Western C, H, X, E, etc, in place of their Russian counterparts, so that translators are unable to translate correctly. You have to be a Russian speaker to translate it correctly. I'm pretty sure this is in an effort to thwart anti-spam efforts.

Yeah, I read it normally and it uses quite everday words, not even slang words that aren't in dictionaries and I can only figure out by doing google searches or asking someone. I suppose that the people who thought it was written in a "dialect" used some kind of automatic translator and were thwarted in their efforts to understand it. Which goes to show you that automatic translators are pretty worthless and should only be used to get the gist of something.

It's normal, maybe more... conversational? Although I wouldn't notice any grammar mistakes unless they were truly egregious, since I did not study Russian well in school and got 4s and speak Russian really informally.

Hey! I can translate this spam :)

Hi! How about I tell you something? My good girlfriend not long ago became connected with technical support of the operator of the wireless network. She told me that all of the specialists of this company have the possibility, once a day, to refill their balance on the network. With all operators you can refill, but only using the given number. Basically, you send an sms with the text "w8ab b2664" to the number 9099 (without quotes and don't forget the space between w8ab and b2664) in within about 5 minutes from the given number, 300 rubles will be added. (The sms is free, if you've registered your number). It's cool how you can send a lot of sms's. Now I can talk as much I as care to, without checking my balance often. Just don't converse about this tidbit on the net, this information is for a close circle of people!!!!

Come on everyone! This could be in Chinese or Sanskrit and you should be able to immediately tell it's a spam message.

At least it's more crafty than the "text the word joke to 1919 for your free joke" scam that automatically enrolls you in a $.99/message "subscription." I almost wish we were like the rest of the world where scams were actually scams and not some small-print BS authorized by the govt.
