is it non-stop, or occasional snoring?

Its every night, and its for about 3/4 of the night. At some point, I usually go to sleep in the spare room.

i have tried 4 different types of earplugs, the foam one was the best, but using them every night for a long period of time can cause some problems, like ear inflammation among many others. I started having pain after over a year using them, that not only his snoring would prevent me from sleeping but also the pain.

Charles always used nose strips to help him breathe better, so both together would make his snoring less audible, but i still couldn't sleep all night, because i'm a very light sleeper.

There are 2 options for you not to hear his snoring:

1 - surgery. But if your husband is like most men who are afraid of doctors, good luck convincing him to have such.

2 - sleep in different rooms.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I got insomnia and she snores, a great combination. I just wake her up about twenty times a night. The spray does help her, and Nyquil helps me.

I have a slap technique that works quite well. Just sleep with your hand touching her so you don't have to move from your position to wake her up. Works really well for me.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

It really depends why he snores. We figured out that the reason hubby snored was the angle his jaw was (because he didn't snore in every sleeping position). We got him a mouthpiece - it has been WELL worth that money. The only time he snores now is if he forgets to put it in, or if it somehow falls out.

ETA the URL for the site we got it from, which I saw you mention earlier in the thread.

If the surgery doesn't work, I would try this fo sho.
