We want to make sure all information that we submit is 100% correct but my spouse does not have access to all of his records.

Is there a way to obtain the dates of his entries into and exits from the U.S.A?

How does one obtain ICE detention, court and removal records?

Does it make a difference if he was detained in one state and deported from another?

Does he have to request such information himself (he is not in the U.S.A) or can I, as the USC petitioner?

Does requesting such information raise any red flags?

Has he ever been under deportation proceedings? If so, arm yourself with patience and spirit for a looooong looooong journey

What about a Freedom of Information Act request? That should get you his immigration record.

But how would he file for a FIAR if he is not a citizen? Or how could she file for him? I am not sure this would be possible; but I am just guessing here. It is great info nonetheless.
