Ok, if you have a a co-sponsor on affidavit of suport do u have to pay the 75 doller fee twice? Because i think i saw somewhere on the visa page you do but im not sure.

I make around 124,000 dollers a year but i only have two past tax wages ( I've only been working 1 and 1/2 years) So Im geting my dad to co-sponser anyways sence he does have more past tax papers. So yea lol the qustion anyone know?

12/28/2007-- Married in mexico

02/2/2009- Sent out I-130

02/06/2009-Noa1

04/27/2009-Noa2 Approved :)

05/02/2009-noa2 Hardcopy in the mail :)

05/18/09- Nvc case number and Ds-3032 also paid Aos bill

06/16/2009- paid IV bill

07/20/2009- sent out Aos ( yea I paid everything now im sending it. I was out of town with my hubby for 2months Thank God they let us pay online now only if we could send everything else online lol )

07/30/2009- Sent out DS-230

08/12/2009- Case Complete with NVC

09/01/2009- Visa interview has been scheduled for 10/05/2009. Letter by email.

If you are earning 124K per year you do not need a co sponsor. It is more about current income than past earnings.

If you have only been in the work force for two years, then follow the directions for the I-864 and simply attach an explaination of why you do not have a 2006 tax return.

No need a co sponsor if you made over the minimum poverty guidelines in the most recent year.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Thanx because i called the visa center to ask them my self, and the lady told me that i may have to get a spouncer b/c of my young age and not haveing anything in my name and then i told her age was not a matter i was over 21 and over 18 which was the gudeline & if i could talk to someone who could answer me and she hung up on me in my face lol but thank u guys for your help and yea I did good this year before taxes :( the IRS milked me good this yr :(
