death penalty! :ranting:

Hopefully another inmate will do the honors.

What will that solve though? Lets say we kill him now, there will be another case within a week. There must come a point where people with 1/4 of a functioning brain need to realize that whatever our laws / society / values are, clearly there is some sort of huge EPIC failure.

Only once this is addressed will things improve. If anything, things are only getting worse. Just the other day I read an article where a couple actually BBQ their dead 2 year old, to continue to collect welfare.

You're right. It's the law that allows this kind of vulgarity to continue. Let's bring back Wild West justice. If people were scared that they would be dragged out into the street and shot for killing their child, you can bet they would think twice about doing it.

 most know how much I support corporal punishment. It would teach a lot of people much needed lessons on how to treat others, quick-smart too. It is also one of few correctional system that can be administered swiftly, cheaply and one where the prison guards pray you come back.

There is some sort of underlying reason/s (causes) why such things are so prevalent in the US. Even when you factor in population, such acts of violence are much more common here than they are in other first world countries. In my personal opinion, its the lack of empathy or regard for others. America has become an each to their own society which prides itself on freedom of choice but seldom holds anyone accountable for their choices. We can punish this guy till the cows come home but it won't change the fact that the baby is gone. Neither will it prevent similar acts of disregard for a humans life from happening again.

I agree it will not bring that child back. But, if this POS was dead, you can guarentee HE won't be harming another. And to he!! with the chair or needle. Put a rope around that bastards neck and let him swing. Or let the other cons have him. Makes no difference how he dies as long as it is PAINFUL.

As far as the trouble with kids today, I feel that a few years ago parents were forbidden from really correcting thier children. God forbid if you spanked your child, specially in public. I personally know one couple who were told by Child Services that they HAD to let thier daughter go to the movies at least once a month or it was child abuse. I know this is extreme but, it is nutjobs like this that are a PART of the problem.

As the token LIBRUL... I hereby state that if a child is not treated to monthly Disney & Pixar movies .... WITH ice cream treats, mind you!! ... that IS materially child abuse, and the child should be immediately taken into protective services, while the negligent parents are immediately sterilized to prevent further children being born to such unfortunate circumstances. No monthly visit to the movies, indeed!

Furthermore, with regards to POS dirtbags who kill little babies. I am against capital punishment. We must make every effort to rehabilitate this poor unfortunate victim of prejudice. It's really not his fault he killed the baby, we all know it's years upon years of the white man's fault for dissin' the black man. Now, let's all sing kumbayah and give the man a hug and send him on his way to reintegrate into society.

 JOKE Ppl. JOKE

Let the slimebag rot, of course!

People fail to realize/recognize that society is going sideways worldwide.

We selectively comment and react on issues of personal interest, forgetting the bigger picture; that many people are no damn good.

Perhaps this selective recognition keeps us all sane......

Are the good people living in a bubble? Perhaps....

At least there are those who are still outraged and sickened by these kinds of things. I do look at the bigger picture, there are a lot of things wrong with the world today that bother me. Child abuse just happens to be my #1. How much worse would the world be if we were all desensitized by these news stories? At least there are still people in the world who give a damn. Heaven help us all when they cease to be.

he needs the 1 2 3 legal system

1. trial

2. conviction

3. execution

Not so simple, as this moron may cop an insanity plea.

Tell me your joking right.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I agree with you, yet very harsh punishment needs to be issued here. With all the liberal bleeding heart viewpoints about extraordinary renditions of terrorists (not a perfect solution), water-boarding, domestic and overseas executions for capital crimes and so forth. How do we exercise proper punishment for heinous crimes?

A bloodymen to that.

I heard a story from a family member the other day who is an auxiliary police officer, how a group of teenagers watched their friend blow his head and and simply left him and went home. Didn't even bother calling the authorities. Why asked why they responded with a, "what did you want us to do". This lack of sympathy and empathy from kids is alarming. One has to ask, what sort of low lives are parents raising these days? You really have to watch your back and your kids back.

The thing that pisses me off the most is that you actually have organization like the ALCU that protect the rights of scumbags. As long as the criminals rights are not infringed, screw the victim. Their pain is simply collateral damage for a free society.

Well OF COURSE she's in trouble!

Can you imagine how scarred you would be if you were denied Toy Story, The Lion King, and Monsters Inc. as a child??

Forced to exist on nothing more than the offerings of the public library.

For heavens sake. The HORROR! The HORROR!
