All assistance would be appreciated

first let me give you our background: I'm American and she is Russian. We have been legally living and working in Beijing, china for the past 5 years. We recently married this past April here in Beijing. Both of us are still here in Beijing and we will be submitting the I-130 to the US consulate soon here in Beijing.

Any of the fields that I used 'NONE', in the DATE field, should I write N/A or leave them blank?

#14 - IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN THE US, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: Should I write in N/A?

Section C - Information About Your Alien Relative: My name (the petitioner) goes in the firsr field, but

do I leave the fields for addional family member blank

or do I write in 'NONE' for name(s) and 'N/A' for the

other fields?

#20 - IF YOUR RELATIVES NATIVE ALPHABET IS IN OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS, WRITE HIS OR HER NAME AND FOREIGN ADDRESS IN THE NATIVE LANGUAGE:

This is a tricky one because she is Russian with a Chinese address. I understand that her name should be in Russian, but should the Chinese address be in Chinese or Russian?

#22 - (2nd part): IF YOUR IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS, HE OR SHE WILL APPLY FOR A VISA ABROAD AT THE AMERICAN CONSULAR POST IN:

Should I write N/A in this field (based of of the first senence (in bold) for #22?

Or should I write in Beijing for 'City' and China for 'Country'?

 Or should Guangzhou be written in the 'City' field since Guangzhou will be the embassy that actually handles the case even though we will submit the paperwork by DCF to the Beijing office?

Thanks a million bunchs for taking the time to assist me.

What date fields are you using "none" in? Don't leave anything blank it's either a date, none or unknown (for examole if the parents birthdate is not known)

#14 Since you are not currently in the US....you put Not Applicable or N/A.

section C = information about your alien spouse: I was assuming the post was made by the US citizen, therfore the alien spouse is the Russian citizen. You need to provide info about your Russian spouse here. If there are no additional family members then you put N/A or none. either way.

#20 Her name and address should be in russian characters so that she can read it when they send her correspondence.

#22 you enter the American Consular Post that processes IR1/CR1 visas since you are petitioning I130. you need to find out which post processes this visa because in some countries not all consular posts process all visa types.

Good luck
