They ran out of waffles?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I heard something about HB-1 visa applications having a due date, and supposedly those take priority over processing family-based visa apps.

No K1 NOA-2s yet this week! Looks like the VSC employees are having a Loong staff meeting! Can anyone else come up with a better explanation?

No K-1 NOA2s have been issued yet that you're aware of. Unfortunately, VJ is actually a small percentage of cases that each center goes through and although there may not be any NOA2s for people that apart of this community, I'm certain that there are people who are receiving their long-awaited news. Besides that, it's only Tuesday - Who knows what the rest of the week will bring?

Or it could be the HB-1 visas taking precedence.

The only doom that's looming is you loving me to death,

So I'll give you a sec to catch your breath.

Lots more money is made on H visas..makes our $500 fee for the K-1 look like pocket change.

sorry for typos

navigating betzeen qwerty and azerty keyboards is difficult

small percentage I am not sure.

did you actually check against pending cases

even if 1% it is high statistically

they do polls this way!!

actually no K3 either since April 30

It is almost good to hear for me that no K1 either

becwuse I am sure they will coome back to K1 sometime

and to K3s at the same time

don t know what they are doing

working on the work visas maybe

a seasonal activity where they don t hire apparently

but take the permanent people

they could comtribute to maintaining employment

by hiring seasonal e;ployees

or maybe they have training sessions?

or they closed because a flu case!!!
