I have a question about NVC. I already have my NVC case number and I have given them my email and my spouse's email. So what happens next? Do I wait for them to email us or do I call and try and get the invoice id number?

Welcome to the waiting game! HURRY UP AND WAIT! Once they issue a case number and you call and give them both email addresses, then it is ....wait......wait......wait some more.... then, NVC will email both of you. they email you the AOS instructions and CC the wife, and they email her the DS3032 and CC you. thats whe you will be able to log into the website and pay your $70 AOS fee and send your AOS packet in. Just frustrating with all of the waiting for them to process and do what they have to do.

Ok thanks...I was a little curious to why nothing was happening. But I guess I just have to keep on waiting. Maybe I'll get a bill this week. The only bills I think I'll be happy to see~

Hi boys and girls! I thought this thread died awhile ago...glad to see it resurrected. We got AOS and DS3032 so far. Paid the bill, got the cover and sent in the I864 package. Have not gotten confirmation on DS32032 yet...how long should that take?

hi mayra and robin,

can you tell me how did you get your IIN number? did you wait till they mail you or you called them and asked?

Please adviseme.

We waited until they e-mailed us the AOS/DS3032 e-mail. The INN was in one of the attachments. I tried to get it by phone but had no luck. I really don't think it would have saved much time anyway.

Has anyone gotten their IV bill invoiced yet? I'm going crazy waiting for that, everything else went so fast...

i have question?

This morning when i logged in to nvc online payment system, my IV bill was available to pay. but i haven't received the email that they have accepted my DS-3032.

What should I do? Should I pay the bill or wait till i get conformation email of accepting DS-3032 and then pay the bill?

Updates this week, finally had time to post.

Got email that DS3032 was accepted (via email) and also got the IV Bill and paid, sending in AOS forms. Anyone else with any updates?

:dance::dance:

we sent in our DS230 last June 5.

Got an RFE today... bad luck.

we still don't know what it is for, but we have a good guess that it's about our taxes. we didn't send in our tax transcripts.

ah.. life and immigration is so stressful.

i have question?

did you try sending the DS3032 form via postal mail?

we did, we got a response a few days later.

we emailed the DS3032 but there was no response of accepting it so we decided to send another one via regular mail.

Just curious doe the NVC have I-130 forms and G325 Forms?

and do they send them to the consulate after DS230 and everything approved?

Anyone know?

I believe the USCIS forwards all documents to NVC, so yes they will have copies of these.

And yes, they forward copies/original documents to the consulate.

false alarm on the RFE, it was for DS230 that they haven't scanned in their system yet, still keeping my fingers crossed. NO MORE RFE!

Anybody else who has an update here?

RFEs?
