Hi boys and girls! I thought this thread died awhile ago...glad to see it resurrected. We got AOS and DS3032 so far. Paid the bill, got the cover and sent in the I864 package. Have not gotten confirmation on DS32032 yet...how long should that take?

we got our AOS and DS3032 today.

Have you sent in DS3032? Have you heard back?

emailed the DS3032 and got the auto response back. Nothing else yet.

Same here, let me know if you do. I was debating whether to mail in or email.

We're still waiting on the IV bill. My wife sent the DS3032 via e-mail but hasn't gotten any replies, not even the auto-reply. I'm wondering whether to send it in again or does it normally take this long to get accepted?

NVC received my case yesterday, i called today to get my NVC case number.

Now i am trying to see if they cna give me the invoice id number.

I-130 Visa Application

204 days to approve I-130

NVC

43 Days To approve appliation at NVC

Removign Condition from greencard

2011-09-25 ; Greencard Expire

2011-06-27 : application filed 91 days to go before Greencard expire

2009-03-13 : Married~

2009-04-20 : I-130 Sent

2009-04-28 : I-130 NOA1

2009-05-20 : I-130 Approved! (Your I-130 was approved 22 days from NOA1 date.)

2009-05-27 : NVC Received and assigned case #.

2009-06-05 : NVC Left

2009-06-29: Medical (passed)

2009-07-07 : Interview Date

2009-07-10 : Visa Received

2009-07-30: US Entry

2009-08-13: Green card shipped

2009-09-01: Applied for SSN

2009-09-27: SSN Received

2009-12-12- Driver's Lic. Issued

2010-01-06- Hubby signed 3 year contract w/ military

Next Step: Coping with being alone for 5 months~

I got our approval on the may, 12th, 2009, so happy. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

my case was approved on may 21, 2009!!! but haven't gotten the nvc stuff yet... :(

Timeline:

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....

I have a question about NVC. I already have my NVC case number and I have given them my email and my spouse's email. So what happens next? Do I wait for them to email us or do I call and try and get the invoice id number?

we paid AOS and IV bill

but never sent DS 3032

instead we asked to remove lawyer

and gave our email addresses

we got copy of a mail to lawyer with combined AOS and IV bill to pay

and PAYED on saturday

? do we need to do the DS 3032 in that context?

medical : done 08-17 + pick up 09-08

Interview Date: 09-08-09

Visa received : 09-11-09 valid till 03-10-10

October 10th entered US with Visa Waiver Program for 2 weeks holidays (not usual with visa received!)

had to go through secondary inspections to explain

November 25th entered again US with WVP, officer did not notice my green card visa

left US on dec 28 to avoid meeting the substantial presence test for IRS

Jan 9 2010 entered and activated green card though PHL port of entry

waiting for SSN requested with DS230 and 10 years GC

01-30 received tracking number for GC Welcome issued on 01-27

but not yet SSN

SSN expected by Feb 20 else I might go and ask for one regardless of DS230

GC expected by March 27

Feb 3 2010 update card ordered says to allow for 30 days

Feb 8 2010 update saying approval notice sent

Feb 12 2010 received GC card Permanent resident valid till 2020

Feb 18 2010 went to file ss5 for ssn card as not yet received and center would not find me in ssn files
