DS-230 for K-3 - What did you send with it?

Ok, I'm having a little panic attack here.... I sent the DS-230 to NVC, but they don't have it in their system yet. I'm worried I'm going to get an RFE. What info was I suppose to send along with the DS-230??? Did I need to send divorce papers or any info on the petitioner?

This is what I sent for the beneficiary:

Document Cover sheet

Cover letter

DS-230 part 1 signed

DS-230 part 2 not signed

2 passport photos

copy of bio page in passport

original birth certificate

original marriage certificate

copy of police report

Thanks for any input to calm me down...lol :wacko:

04/17/2009 - Consulate Received

04/20/2009 - Packet 3 downloaded

04/23/2009 - Packet 3 Sent

04/23/2009 - Packet 4 Received (email w/appt. date)

05/20/2009 - Medical Exam - Vancouver

05/19/2009 - Interview In Vancouver for K-3 (Interview from hell)

05/20/2009 - Dropped off Medical at Consulate, No Visa- Told we are in AP

06/03/2009 - Email from Consulate-Visa mailed

06/05/2009 - Visa In hand

06/06/2009 - US POE, Winnipeg

EAD

06/14/2009: mailed I-765

06/24/2009: NOA1

07/06/2009: Recv'd Biometrics letter/appt. for 7/25

07/07/2009: walk in Biometrics early

08/04/2009: Card Production ordered!

08/10/2009: EAD card in hand!

NVC I-130

04-01-09: I-130 NOA2 (Approved) 155 days @ CSC

06/24/2009 : case complete at NVC

CR-1 Interview

11/25/2009: Interview at MONTREAL, CANADA (approved)

11/28/2009: Visa in hand (picked up from consulate)

12/14/2009: Permanent Residence Card in hand!

Employment at Wells Fargo Bank on Nov. 9, 2009

Done until lifting conditions... yeah!

2009-03-12 Emailed DS-3032

2009-03-14 Received DS-3032 / I-864 bill instructions in snail mail.

2009-03-14 Pay I-864 Bill online

2009-03-14 Receive I-864 Package electronically right after paying online.

2009-03-21 Mail Completed I-864

2009-03-25 Received email from NVC that DS-3032 accepted.

2009-03-25 Pay IV Bill online

2009-03-25 Receive Instruction Package online after paying IV bill

2009-04-02 Mailed DS-230 package via USPS Priority mail

2009-04-06 USPS online tracking says package delivered.

2009-04-08 NVC acknowledges receipt of DS-230 package

2009-04-15 Case Completed at NVC

2009-04-30 According to operator left NVC. Yaa!!! Finally AVR says forwarded to counsulate!!!

2009-05-06 to 19 Going to visit Honey in Japan!!! Back home now but HAD A GREAT TIME!!!

2009-05-07 Consulate Received

2009-06-08 Passed Interview!!! Yay!!! Finally!!!

2009-06-10 Passport and Visa paperwork received in mail.

2009-06-19 POE Hawaii!!!

2009-06-24 Visit SSA office

2009-07-01 SSN card arrived in mail

2009-07-09 I-797C Welcome notice arrived in mail

Looks good. Petitioner's divorce papers would have gone in with the petition, as would the beneficiary's if any.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

You're not kidding. This whole Visa process is a paperwork nightmare. I just hope to wake up from it soon after the interview. But then again, I think since it is a CR-1, we'll have to send in something else again before the 2 year anniversary??? Jeez, what a mess, but I guess all necessary for "Homeland Security". :wacko:
