I dont know what would be during my visa process without your help :)

You have helped me a lot up til now I dont have words to say to you .

My husband called the NVC last week and they told him that they have already sent the papers to the Embassy here in Brazil.

They will let me know or send me a notification to tell me when will my interview be?

I heard most of cases they dont send the package 3 ..... I guess I have to start to prepare my forms myself .....lol

right?

Can you help me figure out ?

Normally they will send a letter stating they sent it to the embassy.

Then the embassy will normally contact both parties of the status, once they receive it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Rio only sends packet 4 (for K1 at least) and there is nothing to send back prior to the interview. We are K1 so it is a little different but I think everything you need is here:

I'd get started on the paperwork ahead of time and start planning on getting the medical taken care of...
