It's been a while that i did not post in here but here i am again asking information from you guys because i will be dealing again with the paperworks huh! I am now preparing all the papers for my adjustment of status and one of the requirements is the form I-693 which should be done by a civil surgeon. Gurl, la pa baya ko nagpa-complete ako vaccination unya sa May 19 na ako interview. Wala man mi nag-pass ug I-693 with AOS application pero wala man mi RFE. Ingon si ate rhea after sa ako interview nalang daw nako i-complete kay naa ra tupad sa USCIS office kay Dr. Tofigh. Pero wala sila available HPV vaccine mao need mi moadto sa Health Dept. Nag-try mi contact ug other civil surgeons pero gipasa man japon mi nila sa Las Vegas health Department.Igo ra sila mo-sign sa I-693. Kanang kay Dr. Girish Daulat kay i-include nila physical check-up...dili na man na need..gusto lang jud sila mangwarta...

They transferred my DS2035 to the I693 for free. Very nice people, I was there all of about 15 minutes.

i was wondering about this too actually. i called USCIS today and the rep told me that my hubby would need to have the I-693 filled...so would that also include in his home country? She told me to go to the website and find a list of civil surgeons, but i only saw that they were for the US only. So, how does that work? I guess I'd need to get in touch with the embassy then?

This is for when you adjust status, not when you are filing in for the K visa.

well,i'm doing i guess a cr-1 or ir-1 visa, depending on when the interview date we get is...wouldn't hubby have to do a medical exam prior to coming to the US?

Have to do a medical exam, but not with a civil surgeon, you do one at the approved doctor in the country you are in.

Did you miss my post? If you take the form to the one in Las Vegas that I suggested they will transcribe it for free.

There is no need for me to have another medical exam because i am done with that when i was still in my country. I just need an additional vaccine and it should be done by USCIS designated civil surgeon.
