Hi all,

Will be including my USC husband's 2006 Federal Tax Return in filing our I-864. He filed this with his then-wife, and have both their incomes factored in the total income. What amount should we write down as reply to "My total income as reported on my federal tax returns for the year 2006" then? Will the amount listed in his federal tax return (which is the total of his and his ex-wife's incomes) be right? -- This will be different from the amount on his individual W2.. So which one will be appropriate for Question 25 please?
