How many Service Requests does it take?

That's just it. Don't provide a within XX days (time frame) in your letters. They can't even be accountable for their failure to deliver by their said dates or time frames. If you are given a time frame and the date's not met, I think it would be beneficial to all that USCIS give a reason why and what they're waiting for. Rather than us having to follow-up and request another Service Request.

I understand and appreciate their need to weed out bad eggs and check out the good eggs (most of us) in the process. But just frustrating when they miss dates or take too long without giving an update to folks who are waiting.

Ok.. off my soapbox.

Yes and they dont even tell which applications they are currently processing if ask from them. We can wait patiently if we know when to expect approvals. When we are out of procesing times, we wait everyday for approval and keep checking status thats why it becomes frustating.

This week was slow maybe they speed up next week..Lets see.

In your K-3 petition , did you apply I129F first and then I130?

Im sorry, i waiting over 1 year since Feb 2008. But i still have nothing althought my husband called & sent letter to uscis,met goverment,...it is 0 with us. It is not fair.......i dont know why?

yes.. saw that in your timeline..There was another member MarkNhi in this topic whose timeline states that they applied for 129F first then I130 ..i was wondering if thats possible.

We are also waiting for approval (NOA1 7th oct) ..what should be the next step? Does contacting congressman helps?

getting little frustrated.Any suggestions please.

is it worth making another service request?Should 2nd service request be made after first one expires?
