AOS for my K1 Visa wife; Do I need to to submit a G-325a in addition to my wife's?

The wife and I are filling out her AOS, and we seem to be getting some conflicting information regarding the G-325a. On the check sheet that comes with the AOS package, it states that both she and I need to complete and submit a G-325a.

I'm confused; wasn't I required to submit one when I initially filed her I-129 last year? Several people in this forum have stated that only one G-325a is required for the AOS; the one for the beneficiary. I would feel a lot better about this if I can finally get some closure.

If I (the petitioner) am required to submit my own G-325a, what should I put in the box at the very bottom of the page (the one with the heavy border), my own name or my wife's? And should I bother with the Alien registration number?

THanks in advance...

G325A is for the beneficiary. For the last page write the name of the beneficiary.

ARN number, a number issued in the United States by INS, for purposes of the alien to become a US Citizen. This number is listed on the second I-797 Approval Notice or I-129F Approval.

Are you applying to register as a permanent resident together with your wife? This is HER application not yours and you are not a part of it other than some evidence... The I-129F was YOUR petition and she was the beneficiary.

This is her application... everything get answered as if she is the preparer... her signature, her "A" number, etc...

The USC spouse does not complete/submit a G-325a for the AOS. Am unaware of any 'check-sheet' but it is possible the information on this sheet is outdated - yes, you did complete a G-325a for your I-129f petition.

The USC does not need to submit a G-325a for AOS from a K-1 visa.
