Hey guys.

We'll be filing i-130, i-485, i-864 and i-765 at the same time.

my question is....

we've put i-130 and the supporting documents together as one with acco fasteners.

and then we've put i-485, i-865 and i-765 and supporting documents together as one with acco fasteners.

should the i-865 and i-765 each be put together with acco fasteners independent of the i-485 or are these 3 supposed to be together as a big bunch?

thanks for the help.

I-131?

I-865 ? Are you changing address also?

Put the different application separate from each other with the supporting documents for each with each.

Assemble each application along with supporting documents seperately and then put them in one envelope. Each of your application although submitted together is reviewed by various departments and in some cases, different locations. Use ACCO or paper clips for each application along with its supporting documents and treat them as individual. Then put them all in one large envelope and Pray:)

thanks guys but i still dont know if the i-765 and i-864 are part of the i-485 or not?

basically what im trying to find out if i should have the i-130 and the i-485(+ i765 and i864) or if i should keep i-130, i-485, i-765 and i-864 all separate but file them concurrently?

Once again a non issue if you think about it and read the instructions. Put one envelope with the USC's I-130 filled out with supporting evidence, then have the non-usc's applications (I-485, I-765, I-864) in a separate packet with supporting evidence as I-864 is supporting evidence for I-485 and I-765 is free if you file it concurrently with your I-485. Put both these envelopes together and write a cover letter stating what you are sending, the human being who receives it will then work out it out for you.
