Hi everyone, we're new here. We're currently filling out all our forms and are sort of stumped on the part 2 of the I-485 form. It appears that I don't fit into any of the categories offered. We were thinking that I could select the h option, which states: "Other basis of Eligibility. Explain". I didn't come here as a fiancee so I cannot select that category. :unsure: Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

NOA for all received: 06-5-2009

Biometrics Appt: 06-30-2009

EAD received: 07-26-2009

Green Card Received:09-15-2009 Yipeeeeeeee!!!!

What are you adjusting from?, if you`re sending forms I-130 and I-485 concurrently, then check "a". And don`t forget to include a copy of completed and signed form I-130 with your I-485 (it`s the basis for your eligibility).

04/03/2009 --- AOS package sent

07/13/2009 --- Interview in Detroit,MI. Approved!!!

07/25/2009 --- GC received! Total: 3 months 12 days from NOA1 to GC mailboxhappy.gif

05/17/2011 --- ROC package sent

05/25/2011 --- NOA1 received

06/27/2011 --- Biometrics

10/17/2011 --- Approved! confetti.gif

10/21/2011 --- Received Permanent GC
