hello friends.I read in the instructions for I-134 that you have to include a letter from the bank and also I have to show my last year's deposits.I have income of $45,0000 but my deposits do not show such thing, due to some reasons. Also I have an average balance of $750 for teh past year.I want to ask that how often they look into this. Will they question my fiance about my bank deposits.Do my fiance have to submit this proof along with I-134 form or she has to take this to interview only?

Please help.I am really concerned about this.

Thankyou in advance.May God help you all in this process.

Main thing financially is to show the most recent years tax returns or tax transcripts [better] showing you make more than the minimum poverty guidelines.

Yes. If you show the tax returns, and a current letter from your employer saying that you still work, you'll prob be fine.

May I also suggest not posting your income on this public forum. :)

Yeah, just to clear that up - I make over the poverty line and I didn't even bother with bank statements or letters. That is mainly needed if your income is borderline. So show tax returns and/or tax transcripts (whichever the embassy asks for) including your W-2 from last year (and the year before if they ask for it), a current letter from your employer, and you should be OK.

If your income is enough and you can verify it with employment letter, ITR with w-2, and check stubs then you doi not need to give ANY bank information. Leave it, and ALL asset information blank.

Check with the consulate regarding presentation. In most cases the applicant (your fiancee) brings it to the interview. You send it to her.
