03/13/09 - Paid for AOS bill

03/18/09 - Choice of agent accepted by e-mail

03/20/09 - Got e-mail with IV bill

03/25/09 - Sent the IV DS-230 packet by mail direct from beneficiary's country

Thanks for the good wishes.

To answer your question, no they did not ask for evidence. We had submitted pictures and emails with the I-130 including 3 affidavits from my Dad, my best friend in Australia and my husbands best friend in the USA, so this must have been fine. Also, we have been married for over 2 years.

Congratulations, Corinne :dance: What a relief that's over. I can't believe you got no sleep the night before. I'd have felt like a zombie :wacko: Now you can relax and look forward to a happy reunion, and start practicing your American - "elevator" instead of "lift" etc. :star:

Thanks VivianNYC! I went 28 hours without sleep, then I dropped on the couch when I got home.

A lift will always be a lift!!! LOL, even my husband calls them lifts now! And it's a Bin not a Trash Can! Lol it will be fun!

I am soooooo happy for you. I know at one point you were pretty down on the process but its all over now. I am glad all went well. I wish you all the happiness in the world for your new life and I hope you enjoy our country here.

Thanks Conquest! Yeah I was pretty over the whole bloody process. I still think its ####### and needs changing, but I guess its on Obama's To Do List.
