My fiance left me a message stating to bring proof of bills I pay for my home. I havent read this anywhere and the I-134 form asks the question about mortgage, ect. already, Do I need them?

Actually the appointment letter that your fiancee will receive with her packet 4 from GUZ does indeed ask for those types of items to be submitted during the interview. So I would definitely make sure that you send them to her just in case - it is better for her to have them and not need them than to not have them and the VO ask for them.

It asks for the following:

Proof of petitioner's residency in the United States. Proof can include lease/deed/mortgage statements, bank statements, utility bills and copies of ID cards.

Sounds like a new requirement. I'd through a first page of a bank statement in with the financial information and make sure your fiancee knows it's there. Otherwise any business mail like a utility bill will do. I'd give odds it's never asked for though.
