Hi my name is Annie, and im from Oslo, Norway!

I met the man of my dreams while working in Orlando, Florida in 2007. We got almost six months together before i had to leave back home in january 2008.

The last year and a half we have been traveling back and forth with about 4-5 months apart.

And to be honest i think both of us are getting tired out of it...

The plan was for me to go back to work for a year, but now i just found out that i will not be accepted for another year in that job, so now im back to start again.

I really dont know what to do, the plan was for him to move here after that year, but he just got he's dream job and will not be able to move here before atleast two years. I dont want him to miss out on this great opportunity.

Im still restless, not knowing what i wanna be or study so i was thinking of going to school, but i can not afford 150 000$ in student loans wich i will get if i apply trough norway.

So then it all comes down to me moving. We are engaged, so our plans now seems to be to apply for the K-1 visa. Its kinda a scary tought, leaving my family, renting out my apt. , leaving a well paid job....

And then questions like, what if i want to move back, what if we move back, what will happen with us if we want to go back on vacation? Should i stay as a LPR, or try and get USC as soon as possible?

Right now im going crazy!

Well alot off frustration, wich i guess many of you have also felt...

Well wish me luck in the jungle of paperwork, applications, waiting and hopefully a happy end!

4/07 Mailed AOS Package

4/08 Package received

4/14 Cashed Check/

4/18 Biometrics I-485

4/29 Biometrics done

5/02 CSC Transferred

5/05 I-485 Touched (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)(30 days)

5/12 I-485 Touched

5/15 EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approval notice sent

5/18 EAD/AP Touched

5/20 Touched

5/21 AP Received by Mail (44days)

5/22 EAD Received by Mail (45days)

6/25 GC card production ordered!

6/30 Welcome Letter notice received dated 6/26

7/07 Approval notice sent

7/08 GC received by mail

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

08-27-2009: Interview - Visa approved!

09-03-2009: visa in hands.

09-20-2009: POE - Miami

09-21-2009: we got married!

AOS TIMELINE:

06-08-2010: Case transferred to CSC
