Since you haven't yet filed your I-129f you are in an excellent position to be pro-active. Research all of your red flags before you submit your application, and address them with your petition. Your age difference is one of them. The reason you have only been there once would be another. Make sure to not dwell on them heavily, but certainly give them proof of why the age difference is not an issue to your fiance. Letters of support of your relationship from both yours and his family are great evidence.

How did you 2 meet? If you were introduced you might want to give facts about that. If over the internet make sure to have that info as well.
