How come everyone got a NOA1 apart from me

that's really weird knowing most of us got our noa1 already and we're in csc and that we're also have the same or similar timeline... i hope just some delays on their part. they already cashed in the check which is a good one... maybe you'll get the biometrics app instead. even w/ out the noa1 like some of the members here... im hoping thats the case dont lose hope yet

NOA1 finally arrived 14 days after I-751 was received by USCIS.

that's awesome!!! now we're on to waiting for the biometrics appointment letter

anybody got biometrics yet?

Bio I'm not so concerned about. Unless I'm missing something, they can take their time on that one!? I just wanted to make sure the 751 was accepted and I got my 12 month extension.

My bio letter came today. The letter is dated 5/6/09 for appointment on 5/26/09. Good luck to us all.

Kymberli and Ben - can you book info pass for sometime after the 15th? If the notice arrives before that you can cancel the appointment. If not, you can ask for passport stamp since it passes 30 days window. In our area, info pass is normally fully booked at least 2 weeks away.

Awesome, you already have a back-up plan. It shouldn't matter since you filed your application during the eligible window and they fail to provide you with proper notice. Still I hope you get the NOA and the biometrics next week. Good luck

BTW, did you see any case # on your returned check? Mine has one on it and it's the same number on my NOA1.

Same here still waiting for my bio sked

I'm taking this waiting game easy, one step at a time....

I just gave my employer a copy of my one yr extension tho' my greencard is expiring in July I hope by then I'll have my greencard if not then I have to get a drivers license extension ahhhhhhhhh USCIS

My hubby said by next yr we're gonna file our N400 to tatally get rid of USCIS on our back for good argh!

Hello all,

We also filed our removal of conditions on 4/29/09 form 751. However, the check still hasn't been cashed...why? We always feel something is missed or made a mistake...hopefully not!
