I'm starting to wish I'd got my I-751 app' prepared and sent off sooner. My I-751 was delivered to the Vermont center April 24th, but the check still hasn't been cashed and I haven't received the first NOA yet. My GC expires a week on Friday, so I'm hoping I don't have to make an emergency appointment at the local service center to get an extention.

All you guys just need to take a deep breath and exhale.....now, doesn't that feel better???

Getting worried about no show for the Biometrics (at least so far)... it's been a few weeks now, and even though the NOA1 made it, I'm anxious to not miss the Bio appointment, if USPS makes a mistake...

Looks like it's taking longer at CSC for the first steps of the I751 process nowadays, than for the filiers earlier this year... (just going by signatures... seems that people were receiving their NOA1s and Bio Appointment notices in a matter of days, not weeks...)

I filed mine early because I need to be legal to work at the company.

HR here is very strict. She would be hounding me next week if I didn't give her the extension paper.

I just got home from work and guess what was in the mailbox??? NOA1 and the name is right, on his conditional greencard it is wrong. I wrote them a little note asking them to please get his name right it caused us so much confusion applying for everything and when we moved out of state they put it wrong on his drivers license because the greencard is what they go by not marriage license, ss card, passport.

You won't. Here is my backup plan if I don't get NOA after 30 days - I'll call the CIS, get the info pass appt and get my passport stamp. That would be even better than the letter, it's permanent record on my passport.

Anyway, I wish you don't have to wait that long. (Fingers crossed)

finally i got my noa1 today so happy!!!

though i check my case number online this is what it said:Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number

weird but i guess they havent add my case# yet on their system.

oh and the receipt date is April 16, 2009

i know a bunch of people here that have same/similar timeline as mine, lets keep giving updates guys

Congrats may that's a good sign and your bio appt. letter should follow soon so take care of your fingers coz they will not take your biometrics if you have cuts or skin damge on your fingers.Anyway,you cannot check your status online with the NOA numbers you have to wait for your biometrics appointment letter to be able to do it but usually you won't see anything after bio is completed.Good luck.
