quick question

this may be dumb.. but what photographs do i need to get? is it u.s. non-immigrant visa photos, u.s. immigrant visa photos or u.s. passport?

US sized (2 in x 2 in) passport photos.

Nik thought he'd need 8 for the whole process. (I think a conservative count) - the petition went through with not accurately cut photos, but I think they are pickier about them at the consulate stage.

You'll need 6 more for AOS/EAD/AP so if you get a bulk discount, go with 8 2x2 US passport type. Plus the medical needs one, but it can be a UK size. They aren't particular and actually cut down the larger US size to fit their form.

I took and printed out my own photos for the police certificate and the medical (both UK sizes), and for my visa interview (US sizes).

You need two for the interview.
