hello to all....... i have a quick question

i am a usa citizen and i just recently submitted my i30 petition for my wife in the Dominican republic (was submitted on sep 28 2008)

my question is how long does it take for any reply from the nvc after the case is completed?

and what would be the next step?

(how do i know what number is my case on the waiting list if there is any waiting list?.........i normally go to my country USA embassy website and check the monthly list and check for my case number)

my case was completes on 03.19.09

You should have received an approval notice by now. Have you sent I-864 and fee to NVC, has your spouse sent DS-3032 to NVC? Have you sent DS-230 and required foreign docs to NVC??

There is NO waiting list for a visa number, however there is an interview appointment schedule.

You can get NVC cas number by calling NVC and providing I-130 case number from USCIS, along with Name and DOB of petitioner and beneficiary.

You can check for interview appointment status by contacting DOS visa services.

yes i have sent the I-864 and fee to NVC, yes she have sent the DS-3032 to NVC (i sent it for her after she fille it)

and i will filled my time line after i get out of work thnks
