whats happending with your I-129f?[

Well, i have already filled out the new I-129F form that was just released by USCIS. The whole package is good to go as soon as i receive my first NOA for I-130.

As far as i know, i can not send in I-129f until i receive the NOA1 for I-130.

I-130

6/08/06 : Sent I-130

07/12/06 : CIS Cashed check and assigned a Case# to my I-130

07/17/06: Received NOA1!

I-129F

07/18/06 : Sent I-129F (New form that includes IMBRA Question)

07/26/06 : Recieved NOA1!

I see. relax. I -129f is pretty swift. if I was you - keep persuing both!

Thanks for the suggestions ! I am applying for both I-130 and I-129f just like you mentioned ! Hopefully my noa1 will show up next week. :huh:

I-130

6/08/06 : Sent I-130
