Never had one, in Brasil I just use Triumph and DeMillus. Maybe after I move I'll give it a try.

I use victoria's secret.. but triumph is very nice too, especially it's quality and trend! I like it more than wacoal... not that wacoal isn't nice.

im okay with vs. but if we only had it here, id prefer marks and spencer... i think its a UK brand

:o in Malaysia, I had to buy a bra, but the only place that carried bras in my size was Marks and Spencer, becuase they had "European" sizing. (That meant that the clothing they carried was designed for the normous europeans, instead of the tiny asians all the other stores sold clothing to)

I'm 5'4" and the only place in the world I've ever felt like a big, awkward elephant was there.

yeah i hear ya... i think Marks and spencer, formerly known as st. michaels is quite the equivalent of victorias secret here. Theyre a bit pricey imho but well worth the money... unlike ones that we can purchase in target or walmart for 10-20 bucks which last for about ahm... 4 washes(?), after which the under wire changes its position... then youre off buying a couple more...

:D

I'm totally digging M&S...bras that FIT that don't look like they're made to be worn by cafeteria workers named Marge.

Victorias Secret...let's just say I don't fit into anything there, so I don't shop there.

When I was younger  I thought a bra wasn't any count unless it was $35 and from VS. Now a days I can say that they don't fit or wash well for the money you drop into them. Still purchase their second skin satin underpants, they are very comfortable. The bras however, well I would likely be more comfortable and spill out less if I used duct tape. What has always fascinated me (or is that annoyed) about VS's bras is why in the hell a woman with a C cup or above would need any miracles or padding placed in her brassier? Think I still wear a scar under my left armpit from one of those runaway underwires.

Just a question from a current non-buyer at VS - do they have proper fitting? Or do they just let you try them on? Cos most of us under/over estimate our sizes and most women wear bras that don't fit correctly.

That's what I like about M&S - when you try them on there's always someone around who's a qualified fitter to help you.

I agree about the padding - I'm not blessed in that area (lol) but I hate padded bras - I have 2, but they make me want to constantly prod myself in the chest cos they feel so weird, lol

WELL... Until the day VS begins to make undergarments for the larger gal..

I sooo wish to be able to buy some nice goodies there too..

I think I will need to stick with only purchasing the cosmetics and purfume..

My daughter turned me onto the Heavenly and Halo scent.. YUMMM..

Love the Amber Radiance, and SO SEXY hair mousse and hairspray.. I have thin straight hair. and this is one of the few things that actually doesnt wack out my hair.. whooo hooo

Last year when I went to India.. VS was having their big summer sale.. I went there got a buttload of small sized products. I got mousse, shampoos. lotions.. purfumes.. etc.. got some blush and a few lipsticks. .. .. fell in love with it all... (actually was my first time purchasing from there) . I got some of the laundry soap for silkies.. small container .. used it in the hotel ... .. Jan Loved the scents... when I was packing to go home. I decided to take all my small containers.. shampoos, lotions, conditioners, and body shower gels and put in Jan's suitcase.. told him to let his daughter have and if momma or sister would like as well.. I brought probably 4 different shampoos and conditioners.. and shower gels.. wanted a assortment. ha ah and planned to give some to the girls anyhow.. .. Funny thing is.. when I got back.. I asked Jan if he gave the things to the ladies.. he giggled. and said.. ohh nooo honeyy.. I am keeping them so I can smell like you..

OHHH my baby is such a sweetieeee

I call shenanigans. Where did you get this information?

I find it hard to believe that one company putting out a catalog is destroying the environment.

/and a fine catalog it is!

What You Should Know About Victoria's Secret:

* Approximately 395 million catalogs are mailed by Victoria's Secret each year--that's more than one million a day.

* Most catalogs end up in the trash or recycling--often without even being looked at.

* Almost all of these catalogs are produced from virgin fiber paper with little or no recycled content.

* Paper for these catalogs is destroying Endangered Forests like the great northern Boreal forest of Canada.

* Victoria’s Secret is not satisfied with just stripping the Boreal, it is also destroying forests in the Southern U.S. The Southern U.S. is one of the most biologically diverse regions of our country where nearly six million acres of forest are logged each year, primarily for the production of paper.

* Indigenous people are being negatively impacted by the logging and paper production industries.

* Native plant and animal populations are being destroyed by logging and processing operations and the pollution they create.

* Because of its immense buying power, Victoria's Secret is in a position to help change the catalog industry toward sustainable paper purchasing.

* The company has refused to make commitments to protect our Endangered Forests.

gotta love the semi annual sale! Bought 4 very sexy bras for less than 100!

Yeh I got a wicked red bra reduced from $52 to $15 on Saturday!!!

My mum managed to buy 4 bra's in 20 minutes, she had 1 hour to spare before her flight home and she was desperate to get to VS as she also thinks they make the best bra's. We had to stuff them in her hand luggage

I always get measured when I go in there, it's so easy and quick and as I continue to lose weight my bra size continues to change....much to hubby's chagrin

A comment on the big girls not needing padding....I am a D and can now get bra's with push-up and padding. I was soooo happy because these bra's just make you look much better shape wise, so I am a big fan of padding.

What I love about VS is all the colours. I do not own a white or cream bra, I just have nude, coral, turquoise, hot pink, red, black, lilac.....I match the bra to the top then I do not need to worry about straps.
