I am a US citizen. My wife entered US on a K-3 visa in 2003. After an interview in Sepetember of 05, she received her green card which is good for 10 years.

I filed for her I-485 last March (2005)

I noticed that when I applied for her I-130 back in 2003, there was a paragraph asking me to file a I-751, 3 months before the the 2nd anniversary of her getting a conditional permanent residency.

I am confused now.

Does her green card makes her a conditional permanent resident (it's good for 10 years!)?

Do I need to file I-751 for her?

Can somebody please explain the whole process for me.

Thanks a bunch in advance.

You only need to do the "Removal of Conditions" for a 2-year GC. The 10-year GC is not conditional. It is good for 10 years, or until your wife applies for Naturalization (if desired). If she does not wish to apply for Naturalization, then she just needs to renew her 10-year GC when it expires.

Edit: Your wife got the 10-year GC because you must have been married for more than 2 years at the time of her GC approval.

nakhan,

You've got to provide some specific dates to determine whether your wife was given LPR status or LPR with conditions. It seems probable that she doesn't have conditions, in which case she does not need to submit an I-751, but the USCIS has been known to erroneously issue a 10-year Green Card to people who are LPRs with conditions. Such mistake does not mean that conditions do not need to be removed, an erroneous Green Card does not change a person's status.
