My fiancée went with pretty much the same items about 1 month ago. She may have also taken the Consulate letter (with Packet 3), but you definitely do not need to wait for Packet 3. A member in the Sawasdee 3 thread has a fiancée who works at Bumrungrad.

You may want to ask for more information on that thread.

Yup - that would be my fiancee. She works at Bumrungrad and is a member here on VJ too, I'll ask her to comment on this thread.

You don't need your NOA2 letter or Packet 3 to have your medical appointment done. You're advised to go to Bumrungrad in the morning so that you can get it all wrapped up in one day, including X rays and lab work.

Note that for the police certificate, you most likely will need the NOA2 letter, and a photocopy of your (USC) passport. There is also a new 200 Baht fee at the police station, recently introduced.

I don't know what Packet 3 is. Haven't heard a word from the Embassy yet. I don't know if our case has already left NVC or not.

I already have my PCC. :) In the checklist, it said all documents were in good order and we don't have to submit any more to the interview save for the medical exam and original passport and photos.

will go there in the morning then, with my husband. Can your fiance tell us what about those people with no vaccine records? I don't have mine anymore. Would vaccination be mandatory for everyone regardless of the medical findings? Is there no way to continue the shots upon arrival in the US?

Packet 3 is the the checklist to which you referred that lists all required documents for the interview, that's all.

My fiancée had no vaccination record either. So they took a sample of blood, found out what she already had, and gave her what she needed.
