Aside from the letters (he sent you), you should also bring phone bills (if you talk on the phone), pictures of you together, remittances receipts (as proof of support), copies of your BC and MC and also your CENOMAR. If you don't have the CENOMAR yet, better get one now while waiting for your interview since it would take at least two weeks to get that.

8 working days for the Cenomar.

uhmm.. joint bank accounts?

remittances, gifts, phone bills, pics, emails, chat logs, etc.

oh!!! personally, i have my witnesses of the marrige draw up an affidavit stating that they witnessed personally my marriage...

and that they knew of our relationship. etc. etc. (i'm sure this is just superfulous but i'm trying to get as many docs as i can to prove bonafide relationship).

good luck!!!

I say just bring everything you have. By the way, our timeline is sooo similar; even our wedding day was on the same day :)

Question: I'm confused. Why would she need a CENOMAR? Isn't that the Certificate of No Marriage? How do you get that if you're already married?

I asked the same question before but accdg to those who had their interview, the embassy asked for it during the interview. And for those who didn't get one, they were asked to come back (re-sched) and present it. So for me, I rather have that on hand in case they ask for it, than to be re-sched, which would just delay my time in being with my hubby.

You are right, CENOMAR is a certificate of no marriage but in our case, it will serve as CENMAR (Certificate of Marriage). Just apply at NSO for a CENOMAR and they will list there to whom you are married and your previous marriages, if applicable.

i just wanna make things so sure before doing some action,..

nanghihinayang din kc ako sa money since mahal din ang CEMAR..

I think you're better off getting a new one to prevent any further delays. Don't give them a reason to delay the process nor give them any second thoughts.
