Hello,

My wife green card that was issued for two is going to expired on November 27 2009. We are planning a trip back home to Cambodia from October to November. My question is can my wife enter the USA with no problem. We are planning on coming back to the US on November 1st and her green expired on the November 27. Does anyone know if it is going to be ok for her to re enter the US. Thank in advance.

Yes, it will still be valid and you will also have the I-797 for the application to lift conditions by that time.

No problem but be sure you guys submit the I-751 within 90 days of GC expiration. May cause you some problems with the Biometrics appoint.
