what u guys mean by attaching an extra page of address and being signed and dated?

where? with the cover letter?

sorry for the stupid question, but i m sending my papers tommorrow and i didnt attache no extra page for address

what u guys mean by attaching an extra page of address and being signed and dated?-You would need to make a list of addresses in an extra page if you have resided at any other address since you become a permanent resident.

where? with the cover letter?-Separate page attached to the I-751 Form.

sorry for the stupid question, but i m sending my papers tommorrow and i didnt attache no extra page for address-If you did not move to any other address then do not worry.If in case you did move to a new address, you should file AR-11 and I-865 to notify USCIS for any change of address.Good luck.

If any of your address is too long or answer to any question is long,you can print the answer on an extra sheet and attach it with the corresponding sheet with a pin.That is all .dont worry.everything will be fine.
