Hello All,

We received the K1-packet from the US Consulate. Is this what's referred to as the "P3"?

1. On the top right hand corner of the DS-230 form it has the OMB approval number: XXXX-XXXX with expiration date

07/31/2007 with estimated burden time 1 hour. The DS-156K form also has the same expiration date. Is it OK to use a form with an expired date? Did they send us the wrong form?

2. DS-156K also states to use DS-156, but we did not receive the DS-156. Is this an error? Where do we get the DS-156?

Thanks.

u can check the consulate website if they have a different form, usually the date is the current version and last updated one.... they don't have to change it every year....

DS-156 has to be completed online and printed out.

Newest ds-230, but it should be fine to use the expired one:
