NVC Stall

Hello Everybody,

We started this August 5,2008. Finally get approved on March 12,2009. Now I just keep praying and checking with NVC and get the same spiel everytime.It looks like we will just go the longest amountof time possible in each phase of the K-1 process.I checked and noticed on April 30,2008. So I am going to call USCIS and ask how that is possible since they have told me it was forwarded to the NVC. does anybody have any other suggestionsPLEASE

It's not clear from your post if your file got to NVC and is stuck there (AP), never made it to NVC at all, or you're not sure of the difference between these two.

The best thing to do is call NVC *speaking to an actual operator*, not the automated system which is of no value for K-1 files. After connecting press '1' then '5' for human operator. Make sure to get your NVC case number, and then verify if it is in AP.

We are still waiting to get into the NVC and get our new case number and yes i speak with an operator everytime.
