AOS Problem. Please help

Hello,

I got a letter from NVC, so i tried to pay the AOS. I have the IIN and NVC number. But when i click on the selected item and click on pay selected fees, it comes back to same page. Does anyone know why this is happening. I am using a MAC, could it be because of that?

uhm ..i cant be sure

but if u have these NVC AND IIN so u should go well

beside the electronic payment system work well really

so i would suggest that u use a windows system

may be there an issue wz the MAC ....just try it and it will work GOD willing

Do u have a pop up blocker installed in ur system.Disable it and then try again as when u select to pay,a new pop up window comes up.So i think that the reason that ur seeing the same page.Or try using another computer or windows based computer.

Try deleting your browser cache and trying again.
