Hi everyone,

I've been reading different threads about people who filed for employment authorization.

My question is, what is the FASTEST that one can start working?

And what is the best way to have it done as fast as possible?

And can you file anywhere in the States or does it have to be where your fiance resides...?

Thanks a lot!!

Take care!

Your profile says "Filed for K-1" and you do not have a timeline. If you just filed for K-1 it is kinda early to even think about EAD. That comes AFTER you're married and you apply for an adjustment of status.

Hi,

I filed for my K1 in September... and have my interview in 2 weeks, which is why I am starting to think about the * after-moving there*.

I know it comes after us being married, but I really would like to know what is the fastest way possible to have a EAD.

Plus, I need to keep my mind busy until the interview, I believe most people would understand that ;)

Take care!
